National Plaza Building Demolition

The scope of work for the National Plaza Building Demolition project involves the complete demolition of an 8-story concrete deck and steel-framed office building standing at a height of 105 feet. As the General Contractor, our responsibilities encompass all aspects of the project from start to finish. This includes obtaining necessary permits and approvals, developing a detailed demolition plan, conducting a site assessment for hazardous materials, securing the site, disconnecting utilities, salvaging reusable materials, implementing controlled demolition techniques, removing hazardous materials, managing debris and rubble, restoring the site, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Our goal is to safely and efficiently demolish the building, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering a clean and prepared site for future use.
